Geocache Description:

Cache is located in Balvi, slightly off the main roads but fairly easy accessabe with a car or a bike.

Treasures are hidden in a plastic container which contains pencil, pencil sharpener, logbook and a toy. The name "Otstojniks" is used like a slang and means something like remains of waste or something.. Anyway, the place is a part of water refinement system ir Balvi. In summer it can be pretty stinky there :)

It's not difficult to get the cache- just a little climbing will be required. I hope that coords will be alright for this one (if not- msg me please).
