PENEDA
Esta cache foi colocada num dos
pontos mais altos da Serra da Peneda - "Peneda", 1374 metros. Perto encontra-se
o marco geodésico da PENEDA, mais conhecido pelos habitantes locais
por "Castelo do Pedrinho". Este marco é usado no sistema de
referência do Instituto Cartográfico do Exército. O objectivo desta
cache é fazê-lo andar um pouco em contacto com a natureza, em
locais belos onde esquecerá todas as suas preocupações.
This cache was placed in one of
the highest points of the Serra da Peneda - "Peneda, 1374
meters. Nearby is the PENEDA geodesic landmark, used in the
reference system of the Cartographic Institute of the Army. The
purpose of this cache is to make you stay a little into contact
with nature, in beautiful places where you can forget all your
worries.
Deve deixar a viatura no ponto de
estacionamento indicado e continuar a pé pelo estradão cerca de 9,2
Km, até ao início do trilho que o levará à cache. Pode utilizar uma
viatura Todo-Terreno e dirigir-se até ao início do trilho, mas
assim não exercita os seus músculos nem aprecia devidamente a
beleza dos locais por onde vai passar. Ao chegar ao início do
trilho terá que ir a pé (caso venha de TT ou outro veículo
suficientemente "alto") e ao fim de aproximadamente 800 metros
encontra-se perto do local da cache. Boa sorte.
You must leave your car at the
parking shown and continue to walk the road about 9.2 km, until the
beginning of the trail that will lead to the cache. You can use an
all-terrain vehicle and driving it until the beginning of the
trail, but you will not exercise your muscles or appreciate the
beauty of the places where you will pass. When you reach the
beginning of the trail you will go on foot, in case of a TT or
other vehicle sufficiently "high", and after approximately 800

geodésico ainda encontrámos neve em algumas zonas...

A Cache
A cache encontra-se perto do marco geodésico. Trata-se de um
"container" tipo regular, que inicialmente continha duas geocoins,
alguns objectos para troca, uma caneta, dois lápis, uma StashNote e
um LogBook. Volte a colocar a "cache" como a encontrou, para que
dure muito tempo.
