Geocache Description:

Your mission is to find the object at the listed coordinates.

This objective may be heavily defended, depending on the time of year, so use caution and alert the troops for the possible presence of high water, thorns, poison ivy, and large banana spiders. Choose your final approach wisely.

The 1977 film titled “A Bride Too Far” tells the story of Operation Market-Garden which was the Allied attempt to break through German lines and seize several bridges. The main objective the bridge over the Lower Rhine River which was located in occupied Netherlands during World War II. The name for the film comes from a comment made by British Lieutenant-General Frederick A.M. Browning, deputy commander of the First Allied Airborne Army, who told Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery before the operation, "I think we may be going a bridge too far."

The cache has nothing to do with that story. In fact, it’s not even close…
