Five years ago, on 24-25 July 2004, 1st Latvian Rogaining Championship was held in the neighborhood of Cesis. 67 teams attempted to visit as many as possible of the 48 checkpoints during competition time limited to 12 hours. Winner team (J.Melbardis/A.Broks) took this task completely, spending in the distance 11 hours, 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

GC is placed not far from above mentioned event's checkpoint #107. You should use published coordinates to find a small wooden object with the information about place of the container. It is possible that searching of this GC may be well combined with searching of other not far placed GC's - GC1JQM6 and GC1YFPG.
