Šaja vieta ir uzstadits piemineklis PSRS rokmuzikas pionierim, grupas "KINO" liderim - Viktoram Cojam. Daudzus neatstaja vienaldzigus tieši Coja izpilditas dziesmas. Dziesmas kuras vinš atspoguloja ta laika paaudzes garu. Viktors Cojs bija godigs un taisnigs savas dziesmas, iespejams tieši tapec vina popularitate bija tik liela un no vina taisniguma baidijas pastavoša vara. Iesaku noskatities filmu "Pedejais varonis", tagad legendara filma ir restaureta un digitalizeta.

1990. gada 15. augusta Viktors Cojs šosejas Sloka-Talsi 35. kilometra nenovaldija sava "Moskvic 2141" sturi un ar vismaz 130 km/h lielu atrumu ietriecas pretimbraucošaja "Ikarus" autobusa. Fakti liecina, ka vismaz 48 stundas pirms tam Cojs nebija lietojis alkoholu, tacu bijis loti parpulejies (iepriekšeja vakara tika pabeigts grupas pedeja albuma ieraksts) un, iespejams, vienkarši aizmidzis pie stures... Nave esot iestajusies acumirkli; citi cilveki nav cietuši.Cojs bija cela uz savu vasarnicu Plienciema.

Joprojam Coja miršanas vieta pulcejas vina dailrades milotaji un fani, seviški Coja dzimšanas diena 21. junija un miršanas diena 15. augusta.

Slepnis atrodas paris metrus nost no pieminekla. Satur visu nepieciešamo lai taja pierakstit.

In this place there is a monument mounted in honor of Viktor Tsoi - the pioneer of USSR rock music, the leader of the rock group „KINO”. Numerous people weren’t indifferent for his fulfilled songs which reflected the spirit of his generation. Viktor Tsoi was honest and truthful and that reflected in his songs too, maybe that was the reason of his great popularity, even the subsisting authorities were cautious of his fairness.

On 15th of August, 1990, at the 35th kilometer of the highway Sloka - Talsi , Viktor Tsoi failed to manage his car “Moskvic 2141” and with speed almost above 130 km/h collided with a bus driving from the opposite direction. The facts evidences that Viktor Tsoi wasn’t using alcohol 48 hours before the accident. That day he was very tired because of the previous night when he was working on the new album of his band and, probably, fell asleep at the wheel. Death was instantaneous. Other people were not injured. Tsoi was on his way to his summer house in Plienciems.

Still the admirers of his creative work gather in this place, especially on his birthday 21st of June, and on his dying day – 15th of August.
