La Planquette s’appelait autrefois « la chevrette ». Elle prend sa source à Planques et se jette dans la Canche à douze kilomètres de là, à l’est de Maresquel Ecquemicourt.
Elle est plus modeste, c’est là que réside tout son charme. La rivière hésite entre le souvenir des puissants sires de Créquy et celui des héros de Bernanos. Il faut la suivre, lui prêter attention, savoir s’arrêter pour cheminer avec elle sur ses berges entre Planques, Fressin, Wambercourt ou Cavron Saint Martin. Dans la vallée, vous remarquerez que chaque maison construite au-delà de la rivière possède son petit pont ; et c’est une succession de pontons et de passerelles entre les haies, les bouquets d’arbres et les jardins potagers… à l’époque, on la traversait sur des planches, ce qui a décidé de son nom actuel.
Une petite balade dans le village vous donnera accès à la cache.
Planquette was called formerly “the chevrette”. It takes its source with Planques and is thrown in Canche with twelve kilometers from there, in the east of Maresquel Ecquemicourt.

Small strolls in the village will give you access to the hiding place.
