You certainly remember my adventures following the Man in Dark, the map I found leading to Bright Stars and my time behind Dark Bars and other stories on that very subject.
It was one of these nice sunny weekend afternoons (i.e. a time when you certainly do not think about people wearing suits and dark sunglasses) when the door bell rang. I opened and (as usual?) there was indeed somebody in a dark suit (and wearing dark sunglasses) who was looking with a grim face at me.
I must have responded in a similar way so that he said with a little smile that he was not going after me (it seemed that he continued saying something that sounded like: "this time").
He explained that his kind was a bit "in trouble" these days.
I asked him to be more explicit, because I was certain that with their powers they do not have any kind of troubles (at least on this planet).
He replied that it was the economic crisis that caused all of this.
I was laughing out loud and asked if they had any financial problems at all?
Again he put on this smile (that seemed to say: OK you little human I am going to explain it to you - once more).
The reason was that due to their outfit (dark suits and dark sunglasses) people believed that they were bankers and were using the sunglasses to hide from their (former) clients. So it happens quite frequent to them (especially when riding the metro - now it was my turn to smile) that they get attacked (and not only verbally)!
Here I saw a chance and said that I - as a human - could advice them a bit on fashion issues. I started already feeling like an Italian star designer (and was thinking about what I could charge them for such a service).
But he said that their outfit was perfectly right and they had chosen it after a multidimensional analysis and theses things are always right - by definition. I started to think about economics again ...
He said that their kind hat decided to provide economic support to mankind!
As they were no government they could not provide large support packages easily.
So they came up with the idea of offering a lottery to everybody. They had analysed (multidimensional again?) all the world's lottery systems.
And they found out that it was far too uncertain to win in any of these.
So they came up with their own system:
They have set up a standard lottery scheme, but they decided to publish the winning numbers too!
So everybody just needs to come and collect the money!
I noted that this sounded very "bank-speak" to me. The very thing they wanted to avoid.
Indeed, they had thought about this issue too (multidimensional - what else) and they will hand out the money directly once a person had come (i.e. after finding the right spot) to collect the money.
Now I was all excited and he handed me over a sheet of paper that contained the set of winning numbers.
I have listed these numbers below:

They indicate where you have to go to collect your lottery win.
To help you in deciding what to do with your newly acquired money the man in dark has placed a device nearby (see below).
Place the container on the device and see what will happen:
- If it moves up: you will gain even further!
- If it moves down: well, you know what that means.
Following the principle of interdependency (which the aliens did not find very often in our banking system) you may want to consider putting a bit of money into the container or taking a bit out of it - depending on your financial situation and knowing that this is for a good cause.
Given all my (and your?) previous experience with persons in dark suits and wearing dark gasses (did I say bankers?) – I still want to put a word of warning here: you are doing this at your own risk!
