É sede do maior concelho de Portugal com mais de 1700 Km2 e pouco mais de 29500 habitantes.
Situada nas margens do Rio Mira, num ponto de união entre a planície, a serra e o mar, Odemira é um local muito apreciado e procurado pelos turistas pela sua diversidade.

Odemira is a secular village that got its recognition by King Afonso III in 1256.
Is the capital of the largest municipality in Portugal with more than 1700 Km2 and a bit more than 29500 habitants.
Located in the margins of Mira river, in a junction point between the plains, the mountains and the ocean, Odemira is very apreciated place by the tourists by its diversity.

Esta é uma cache simples que tem como único objectivo mostrar um pequeno miradouro sobre Odemira e o Rio Mira, e não maçar toda a gente com um texto interminável sobre a localidade.
O desafio é sentar um bocado, disfrutar da vista para o interior, das gentes locais e registar a visita calmamente sentado num local agradável.

This is supposed to be a simple cache with the single objective to show you a small viewpoint over Odemira and Mira river, not bothering everyone with an endless text about the village.
The challenge is to sit for a while, enjoy the view over the valley, and log your visit calmly in a pleasant place.
