A Walk in the Park - Bowness Mystery Cache
Sleepy_hollow: I checked on the cache again tonight and confirmed that most of the reflectors placed for this night-time cache are missing. However, I was able to come up with the final which had been well hidden by a group of active critters. So I'll archive this unknown cache and will submit another cache in the area in a day or so. Thanks to all of the visitors and to those who tried find it unsuccessfully.

A Walk in the Park - Bowness is a night time cache, with the hunt beginning just west of the parking lot near the posted coordinates. Caution should be taken on the hike to the cache site due to ice and a few fallen trees on the pathway, and uneven terrain on the short walk along the treed hillside area.
A Walk in the Park - Bowness is a regular sized ammo can with a good assortment of trading items, travellers, and the usual logbook and pencils.
Park Hours - Bowness Park - 0500 - 2300.
The POSTED COORDINATES are only for parking. We would suggest heading to the reference point from parking, look for the rectangular yellow reflectors, and do a little reflecting on your walk in the park.
Be sure to check out this cache after dark with a standard headlamp as the large flashlights don't seem to be as effective at picking up the reflectors.
When you see the first round red reflector turn left - south; look up for the second round red reflector - head straight east - and follow the trail.
When you see two large red rectangular reflectors you are within 15 metres of the cache. Have fun!
