This is another cache on the Intercampus Transitway that links
the Minneapolis and Saint Paul campuses of the University of
Minnesota. This is an HOV road, meaning that you can't drive on it.
Only bikes, buses and emergency vehicles.
With a little perception, this one should be easy to find. Not
much pressure from muggles in this area except during Gopher
football games.
Watch out for the Buses! The posted speed limit here is 30 miles
per hour, but you won't see any bus going that slow here. It really
should be called the Intercampus Speedway!
