On the level of 3rd floor, inside.
Lai to atrastu, bus jaapciemo liftnieks, kurš vairs nevar aizsniegt pogas. Meklejiet vieta, kas ir tikai nedaudz vieglaka par liftu. Pa celam izbaudiet lielisko skatu uz juru.
To find the cache you will have to visit lift man that can't reach the buttons anymore. Search in the place that is little bit lighter than elevator. Enjoy the scenic view to the sea when taking the cache.
