I think this may be the last Milestone in the Milton Keynes area that didn’t have a cache associated with it. This has now been rectified. As there are no obvious hiding places in the immediate vicinity I have set it as a Puzzle Offset Multi, giving you the chance use the Maths you learnt at School.
Go to the Milestone at the co-ordinates above and using the numbers you find on the Milestone complete the following formula. I am sorry that the sums are more difficult than usual - but it is a Puzzle Cache.
Note : Until I work out how to do Superscripts. ^ means raise to the power of, e.g. x ^ 2 is x Squared.
ABC = (Newport + Stratford) !
DEF = Buckingham ^ 2
G = Stratford ^ Newport --> then add both digits together
H = Bedford ^ 0
IJ = (Buckingham + Stratford) --> base 4
K = Square Root of (Buckingham + Newport + Buckingham)
L = D + E + F
The cache can then be found at : N 52 C (B + E) . (D – H) J I W000 L A . K H (G – K)
Take note that virtual stage of this cache is near a main road, so please take care with Children and Dogs.
Further Warning - The cache is near Deep water, so take extra care with Children and Dogs and especially if you attempt this cache in the dark.
It has also become apparent that the area can flood (see car park photo), at these times the cache may be unavailable.
