Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in the old marble quarries to the north of Athens. Great views out over the city and a chance to see where the marble that was used for the Acropolois and other antiquities came from. Walking NE from the recommended parking you can reach the cache by sticking to the paths. Be carefull of the quarries if you go cross country.
