rheingauer: I'm sorry but the cache seems to be gone for a reason I don't know. I'd be surprised if it had been muggled at this particular place - but anyways, it's gone :( I'm really sorry for the four TBs/GCs!

Don't forget your seven-league rubber boots. To log the cache a kind of a leg-up might be helpful as well! You can check the water level of the Rhine here; up to 145 cm this cache can be done under the specified conditions. If it's higher you'll have extra fun ;)

Please use the given parking area and understand the mounting of the box BEFORE demounting it. After your log place it high tide proof in the same way.
Be aware of the power of runnig water!

Hier müssen mindestens die Siebenmeilengummistiefel eingepackt werden! Der Cache ist bis zu einem Pegel von 145 cm bei der Messstelle Oestrich zu angegebener Terrain-Wertung erreichbar. Höherer Pegel? Spannender :)

Ganz klar: Gar nicht so einfach zu loggen... ist am Ende die Räuberleiter Dein Freund?

Notwendig: Siebenmeilengummistiefel. Wenn alleine, Räuberleiterersatz (!).
Wichtig: Schaut Euch die Befestigung an, BEVOR ihr das Döslein öffnet. Bitte genauso gut und hochwasserfest anbringen.
Achtung: Niemals über die Bundesstraße gehen - dafür ist z.B. die Unterführung am Parkplatz gedacht. Genauso sollte niemals die Kraft fließender Gewässer unterschätzt werden.

Wanderpokal für den höchsten Pegel:
Mountain Bruno, Fium Orbo und Grauer Star am 02.11.2008 bei ca. 220 cm - Respekt für diese T5-Leistung!
