Much as I dislike the phrase, this is a cache and dash! Park right next it, find the cache and enjoy the view!
The cache is a one-litre clip-lick box with the usual goodies and a log book.
Possibly wheelchair accessible, all depends on the length of the grass.
Please remember to log the NAMES of Travel Bugs and Geocoins which you log in and out. It makes it easier to trace them if they go missing.
