Pista de Freeride e Downhill do Jamor
As pistas de Freeride do Jamor estão localizadas no complexo desportivo do Jamor, Estádio Nacional, Cruz Quebrada.
Os trilhos do Jamor já eram conhecidos, mas eram trilhos de circuitos pedestres com pouca dificuldade e já batidos e abandonados.
As pistas tiveram origem numa ideia pessoal do João Cristo, de utilizar o espaço que não estava a ser usado, e criar algumas linhas para uma vertente do BTT, o Freeride, para assim ter alguma diversão perto de casa.
Com o tempo a linha foi começando a ter mais utilizadores e melhor qualidade com o apoio desses utilizadores e evoluindo para várias linhas com estruturas mais evoluídas e muitos mais utilizadores.
Posteriormente, o grupo das pistas tomou a iniciativa de juntar-se ao Clube Português de Freeride e até hoje é conhecida como uma das melhores pistas de aprendizagem de Freeride na área da Grande Lisboa.
Presentemente, os trilhos estão operacionais com apenas a falta da conclusão de duas linhas novas.
Esta cache está escondida no alto da colina onde tudo começa e tem uma optima vista.
Para os amantes do BTT, aqui fica o Single Track (trilho estreitinho) mais longo e que mais adoramos fazer no Jamor. Tem partes um pouco técnicas, mas sem saltos. Devagar toda a gente o consegue fazer perfeitamente.

Se forem explorar as pistas de Downhill, não se esqueçam, parem, escutem e olhem com muita atenção antes de atravessarem os trilhos.

Jamor Freeride and Downhill tracks
The tracks of the Freeride Jamor Sports Complex are located in the Jamor, National Stadium, Cruz Quebrada.
The trail of Jamor were already known, but there were only walking circuits trails with little difficulty.
The track originate in a personal idea of João Cristo, to use the space that was not being used, and have some fun close to home.
Over time the line was starting to have better quality with the support of users and evolving into several lines with more advanced structures and many more users.
Later, the group took the initiative to join the Portuguese club of Freeride and even today is known as one of the best places of learning Freeride in the greater Lisbon area.
If you like Mountain Bike this is the begining of the best and longest Single Track of Jamor. Its easy if you ride slow. It has no jumps.

At present, the rails are operating with only the lack of completion of two new lines.
This cache is hidden in the top where the action get started.
Do not forget if you go to explore the line, stop, listen and look very carefully before crossing the tracks.
