Horska chata Dvoracky v Krkonosich lezi v nadmorske vysce 1.140m n.m. mezi Lysou horou a horou Kotel na krizovatce turistickych cest Dvoracky - Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Studenov, Harrachov, Misecky, Spindleruv Mlyn, Rezek.

Historie
Dvoracky je velmi stara bouda, puvodne horska zemedelska usedlost. Rozlehlé okolní luciny s hustou travou umoznili chov dobytka. Zalozena byla roku 1707 rodinou Schierovou. V breznu 1893 vyhorela a spaleniste koupil hrabe Harrach a prestavel ji na hostinec. Bouda byla hojne navstevovana a to i v zime. Poradalo se zde v unoru 1902 sedme mistrovstvi Cech v lyzovani. V roce 1921 presla pri pozemkove reforme do rukou statu a byla pronajata ceske rodine Puhonnych, ktera ji pozdeji koupila. Mezi nejvzacnejsi hosty, kteri se zde zapsali do pametni knihy patril president dr. Eduard Benes s choti Hanou, kteri Krkonose milovali a na Dvorackach pred valkou i v roce 1945 travili volne chvile oddechu.
Druha "pomocna" budova Dvoracek vyhorela v 90. letech a na jejim miste postupne vyrostl novy hotel Stumpovka, s velkou restauraci a vynikajici kuchyni (opravdu doporucuji).

Dvoracky is a very old chalet, which was originally a mountain farmstead. The expansive surrounding grasslands with their dense grass growth enabled cattle breeding. The Schier family established the farmstead here in 1707. In March 1893, the farmstead burnt down and Count Harrach purchased the charred remains and rebuilt it as an inn. The chalet was very popular with visitors, even in winter. In February 1902, the seventh Czech skiing championships were held here. In 1921, the property was transferred to state ownership during the land reforms and the Czech Puhonny family leased and later purchased it. The most significant hosts to have signed the guest book there include president Dr. Eduard Benes and his wife Hana, who loved the Krkonose and spent their leisure time in Dvoracky prior to the war and then later in 1945.
The second "auxiliary" building burnt down in 90-ties and the new hotel Stumplovka with large restaurant and excellent cooking (really recommended) was built on its former place.

CACHE
Vzhledem k vysoke koncentraci mudlu je keska umistena v lesiku pod Dvorackami na cervene turisticke znacce smerem k Sedlu pod Dvorackami. Z mista ukrytu je krasny vyhled na blizky kopec Vlcak (viz foto) a cele Podkrkonosi a sestup dolu se opravdu vyplati :-). V kesi je mozne menit pouze pohledy nebo tuzky jakehokoliv druhu (jako pripominka drive oblibeneho zpusobu komunikace). GC, CWG a TB jsou samozrejme vitany. Prosim nevkladejte zadne jine predmety!!!
Prosim o dusledne zamaskovani kesky! Odlov v zimě je většinou problematický a hodně záleží na výšce sněhu.

There is a strong muggles concentration around Dvoracky chalet therefore the cache is situated under Dvoracky on the red turistic path towards Sedlo pod Dvorackami. There is a beautiful view to the near hill Vlcak (see the photo) and to the whole landscape under Krkonose. You will not regret the descent there :-). It is possible to change only postcards or pencils or pens of any types. GC, CWG and TB are welcomed of course. Please do not insert any other items!!!
Please hide and mask the cache back carefully! Finding of the cache in winter is usually problematic and highly depends on the snow level.
