The cache is located in a small park in a residential area. Please note that you do not need to enter any private property - the park and cache are both is accessible using public rights of way. In particular you do not need to enter the gated area owned by the Environment Agency.
There is water close by so take the normal precautions if you are caching with children. If you're lucky you may see kingfishers.
Cache contains a log only - please bring your own pen/pencil.
Update 20 August: This is obviously a little harder than we anticipated. Have upped the difficulty level to 3 to reflect this. The terrain rating should also give a little hint that it requires more than a short walk over flat ground.....

I went to see the conditions earlier this week and the ground is extremely wet. Also a handy branch has now been removed making the cache much harder to reach. We would not advise trying to do this cache at the moment and have upgraded the difficulty too. This a physical challenge, please do not attempt it if you feel it is beyond your capabilities. Will up date in the next 2 weeks.
