Part of the Drug Wars series of caches!

I thought that the great powers that fellow geocachers have while working together, had kept the Drug Wars at bay. Such is not the case! (It may only be the beginning???) CENTRAL DRUG WARS! This particular Drug Wars cache, code named N.O.V.A.C., (for Nothing of Value at Cache), seems to be at the center point of all these caches. What makes this war almost apathetic, (or is that pathetic

), is that it is a "CIVIL" war, placing Rite-Aid against ITSELF!!! Yes, you read that right:

TWO RITE-AIDS ON OPPOSITE CORNERS! One store RED - the other store BLUE!

At first I started thinking: "How big can this war be? How does someone decide which side to fight on? Who is in charge of all of this?" Then it hit me! THIS war must be the Center point - the place where all of this began! Why? Because NOONE can fight THEMSELVES!!!

If you think I am under estimating this war-room strategy, I challenge you to go to both stores and price Mountain Dew. In fact, I DARE you!
If it's $.99 at the RED store, it is $.99 at the blue store,
if it's $1.25 at the RED store, it is $1.25 at the blue store.
Six Packs - 4 for $10.00 - Six Packs - 4 for $10.00.
Tell me, WHERE DOES THE MADDENING END???

Perhaps N.O.V.A.C. is simply a clever front, being used to keep us all confused in the mix of battle??
I have decided that this problem is simply to big to handle on my own! I have called in many different agencies for technical help in lending aide to these troubles:

A.T.F. - (After The Fact)
C.I.A. - (Can't Initiate Anything)
D.E.A. - (Doing Everything A$$-backwards)
D.E.C. - (Don't Even Cache!)
F.B.I. - (Few Believe It)
S.W.A.T. - (Stopped Working At Task)

None of these additional agencies are being of much help, but I am sure that if we ALL keep up the hard work, we can win these Drug Wars once and for all!

This is a VERY simplictic cache. It is a small Altoids container holding just a log in a plastic bag. Please provide your own pen.

IMPORTANT DRUG WARS UPDATE: JUST as I had suspected - the rash of Drug Wars has picked up into the Skaneatles area! (GC1F6V1). It seems as one of are skilled gachers, scubachris has this War at bay. Gramp Larry has been inundated to say the least, in his impossible Wars in Cortland! (GC1BZV5), (GC1BZV9), (GC1BZVM) and (GC1EBR4). OH, THE FIGHTS ARE RAGING!!!
