Geocache Description:

Come join Blb9556 at the Coffman Pavilion in Dublin as we have our first DOGEO Event. This event will be rain or shine because we are inside.

When? Saturday November 1st 2008. From 12:00-2:00PM
Where? Coffman Pavilion near the Dublin Recreation Center
Who? Geocachers!

We have rented the Coffman Pavilion which is a large meeting area that is 4,000 Sq feet. We have seating for up to 50 people. Sorry no pets allowed. This event will be Rain or Shine. We will have a pasta buffet. We thought we would try something other than pizza and hot dogs. We also will supply pop and cups and forks etc. We only ask that you bring a dish to share. We need side dishs, desserts, and any other yummy treats! In your log please post how many adults and children will be attending along with what you will be bringing. Please feel free to drop coin collections and trackables going torwards their goal. Bring your GPS and help others with any problems. There is a cache 0.2 miles south in this park which you can do along with a letterbox. Just bring your GPSr! It also should be noted that there is NO OSU football game that day. Event Schedule:

12:00PM: Cachers may begin to arrive and signing of logbook. Please do not arrive any sooner as we need time to set up!

12:30PM: Eat and Talk!

1:00PM: Continue to socialize and attempt the two nearby caches.

1:30PM Candy Corn winner announced.

2:00PM Conclusion of event and Group Picture.
