Geocache Description:

The NW Nutters Day Out is a Series of 19 caches placed along a stretch of the Leeds / Liverpool Canal set jointly by Scorpionqueen & nandad. Each cache is named and dedicated to a geocacher who has helped in some way to get the NW caching geocoin minted.

The caches vary in size and complexity from nano to large from traditional to new containers and some very cunning disguises and hiding places. We've also tried to make as many as possible accessible to the disabled, but sadly some are not. The aim of the series is to be fun and entertaining. We had a ball setting them so we hope you have just as much fun finding them.

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.

All the paths are wheelchair and stroller friendly but the cache position might need a helping hand. The caches should be good for kids but remember they are all by the canal and water can be dangerous, silly dogs fall in too.

Each geocacher has been allocated a number from 1 to 0. Each of the questions below relate to 1 of the caches in the NW Nutters Day Out series. All you need to do is visit the other caches in the series, find out whose cache the question refers to and what number is to the left of their name ie. if the cache belongs to The Mars Bars, steveE2 or rose_thorn the number is 1, to solve the puzzle.

In the event that any of the caches are missing or you can’t remember the details of each cache, it is now possible to solve this puzzle from the comfort of your armchair. You will find all the answers on the cache page if you look closely.
