Kesterciems - apdzivota vieta Tukuma rajona Engures pagasta. Attalums no Rigas 75 km. 2006. gada bija 220 iedzivotaji.
Kesterciems - small village in Engures and Tukuma area. This place is 75 km from Riga. The population of Kesterciems, as estimated in late 2006, is 220.
The Cache is 100% waterproof and contains logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener, also some small items.

Gandriz blakus šai cache vietai ir "Stujkalnu" kapas, kuras ir loti skaistas vasaras laika. Piejuras teritorija ir cilvecigi sakopta un piemerota atputai (Tacu celt teltis, iebraukt ar auto vai kurinat ugunskuru šaja kapu teritorija nedrikst). Attalums lidz Jurai ~200m.
Otra puse ir Nometne, kuru sakotneji buveja ka otru Padomju savienibas (CCCP) pionieru nometni "Arteks", lidz šis projekts nojuka. Tagad šeit atrodas vasaras nometne berniem.
Really close to the cache spot there's "Stujkalnu" dunes, which are very beautiful in summer time. The coastal region is appropriately clean and available for relaxing (But camping, making campfire and driving in the sand-dune territory's not allowed). The Baltic Sea is ~200m to the dunes side. On the other side there is an encampment originally built as a secound "CCCP" pioneers encampment "Arteks", until the plan failed. Now there is a camp for kinds every summer.
