The first of two caches placed on 08/08/08, in the afternoon before the evening Flash Mob Geocoin Distribution (GC1E888).
This cache will give you a view of part of the Halifax dockyards from outside the fenced off area. The ships here are a bit bigger than the ones I grew up around.
I'd moved this slightly from the original location, since the spot where it had been really needs a CITO, and then moved it again when it kept getting muggled. Now it's right by the sidewalk between the two entrances to a parking lot.
