Geocache Description:

A lovely piece of industrial architecture along the Redbrook to
Newland stretch of the railway line.

This is the third cache in SidAndBob’s Makin' Tracks series, which will cover the dismantled Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Railways.

The road that passes under this bridge must have a very high cost to traffic ratio. It is barely ever used and is often subject to closure due to land slides.

The bridge itself is magnificent and much larger than you would expect for such a small railway line which was only open for a few years. This short stretch of line from Redbrook to Coleford boasts four tunnels and three bridges, not including The Incline Bridge as you approach the main road at Redbrook, as this was a tram bridge.

This might not be as straight forward as it first appears.
