A beautiful 3km paddle to this uninhabited island in the middle of upper Kananaskis Lake. A canoe, kayak, or other appropriate watercraft required in the summer. Ice travel may be possible in the winter - but NOT RECOMMENDED for most of the winter. Park at the North Interlakes parking area for quickest access. Or for a longer 6km paddle, you can park at the boat launch at the Upper Lake picnic area to the south.
Looking for that perfect vacation property? Well, here it is...a small wooden house nestled on the bank of west Hawke Island. This waterfront property boasts amazing views, private yard, and all the fresh water you can handle. You could say that the house is a 'fixer-upper' and needs a little work:) A must see!
The camo'd cache is hidden just east of the house.
