One of a pair of caches in the fantastic Kentmere Valley. they may be done separately or as a pair. Easy walking with fantastic views.
Parking for this and Kentmere . Sea View !! may be found at NY 457019. Please don't park in the Factory Grounds as we don't want to hear of Cachers having vehicles clamped.
Following on from you success at finding Kentmere. Sea View follow the bridleway down to Kentmere Hall then take the footpath South just East of the Farm Buildings.This woodland pathway is unbelievable in Spring and Early Summer with loads of wild flowers and birdlife. Large swathes of Foxgloves and Bluebells were in bloom as we set this up. Alongside the Kentmere Lake (Now a Fishery run by WADAA) there were large areas of bracken which were covered with the Bracken Clock beetle. The cache is hidden somewhere alongside this pathway. After your succesful search continue back to the car.
