This cache is located on some new trails that are part of the Rice Creek North Regional Trails system. The land was formerly part of the Twin Cities Army Ammunitions Plant and was transferred to Ramsey County from the National Park Service Federal Lands to Parks Program. This land and the creek had been off limits to the public since the 1940s. Now you can enjoy biking, hiking, and paddling - as well as geocaching - along the creek! This cache has been approved by Ramsey County Parks.
