Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the above coordinates. Solve the puzzle below and then enter the answer into Certitude to get the cache location.

Back when I was little, I used to go to the store to buy art for 10 cents. Oh sure, it was just mass-produced reproductions, but it was a good and inexpensive way to learn about history. Usually, the store wouldn't have the art available until the day after it was released, but sometimes when I was fortunate, I could buy it at the opening.

Special Notes about the 2011 Puzzle Challenge: To be considered for Fastest Solver points, you must verify your solution with certitude. Because certitude may not properly account for joint solutions, please email me team member names in the case of team solutions to ensure proper point accounting. All "point" scoring is arbitrary anyway, subject to change, at the discretion of the cache owner, and probably completely meaningless (unless you just want to be able to brag more at the December banquet). The real challenge is just to see whether you can solve all of these caches by the end of the year. To maintain fairness, hints should not be offered by the cache owner or other solvers until the fifteenth of the month.

Special Notes about this month's puzzle: Okay, the last puzzle was obviously too hard. Hopefully this one doesn't have so many red herrings. I picked up this waypoint id a few years ago and have been trying to think up a phone-related puzzle ever since. Finally, I decided that it didn't really have to be phone-related. Okay, I messed up the coordinates when I hid this cache because I forgot to bring my GPSr and tried to use my phone to get them. So, the puzzle solution needs to be adjusted. Enter your answer into Certitude to get the real coordinates.
