There are two ways to solve this puzzle..."My Way" or "The Highway". Either way it's a puzzle...The Highway is a lot easier, but it takes a lot more gas!! (I recommend My Way). You won't have to travel more than two miles from the posted coordinates.
I was inspired for creating this cache on my way to work one day and the idea developed into this nifty little puzzle. To solve the puzzle, you will need to add some numbers to the posted coordinates, operating on the thousandths of a minute. What are the numbers? The numbers can be found using the information below. The numbers you find should be treated as thousandths of a minute and added appropriately. Here's the information you need to determine the numbers:
- Highway 30 @ W 92 Degrees, 59.349 Minutes
- Highway 63 @ N 43 Degrees, 42.987 Minutes
Minnesota State Highway 30 runs primarily East and West while US Highway 63 runs Primarily North and South.
Before you start looking for the container, add 1 to the West Minutes (whole minutes) of the final location you've calculated...("1" for the one minute it took you to determine which number to add to the North value and which number to add to the West value
)
