Cache no longer exists!
Everybody have home, and as people, home are different too. Some lives in a villa, someone's home is at walker underpass. When you're getting trough the Salaspils, you definitely will see, that construction works are all around.
The location of the cache is quite dangerous, because house is collapsing. getting in is possible only trough the window, reccomended troug the one, which is near the MAIN door. Be ware of mugglers, especially neighbours, because there are their home!
The place is dirty, maybe you should have another closes, there might be bats and spiders at the house. Better don't go there alone, and keep on the right side of the house!
