KID FRIENDLY EVENT!!!!!! CALLING ALL KIDS, BIG AND SMALL...
Here we go again. Another Event for all of you to attend. We are planning this to be a very kid friendly event so round up your children, your grandchildren or you can be a kid at heart!! Please bring a bag for each child to put their goodies in that they get from the caches. Many temp's for kids and many for adults.
As usual anyone wanting to contribute to the door prizes would be lovely. There will be door prizes for children and some for adults. They will be seperated. Name tags will be ready for you too. There is no electricity at the shelter.
Our grand-daughters, Katarina, 3-years and Emily, 5-years, will be here and we want to introduce you all to them..........oh, and they will be bringing their parents too.....Our son, Michael and his wife Rachel. They are cachers from Goodlettsville, TN which is near to Nashville and will be here visiting durning this time. Their user name is emkat...from Emily and Katarina...get it?? The girls will sing a prayer before dinner.....it is very cute!!
There will be 4 to 5 teams working to bring this event to you. There will be Mutsley & Crew, Withoutapaddle, KCOGRN, knowschad and Artemis and Apollo.
We will be having hot dogs and all the extras. We ask that each bring a dish to pass...like a pot luck. Bring whatever you desire to drink and your dishes for the food.
It will kick off at noon with the pot luck starting at 5:00PM. We are bringing our gas grill and will be starting it about 4:30.
"Coordinates for
temporary caches will be available at the event". I be thinking and that in itself is scary.....we will download the temporary caches to this cache page the night before the event so you can download them from there. We will try to have them downloaded by 9 PM on Friday.
So lets get this event on your calendars and lets all party!!
Remember to bring what ever you and yours want to drink. The weather man right now says it is going to hot and humid so bring LOTS of water. This is not being provided at the event so remember to bring your own!!
There will be a prize for who can guess the most correctly of whose caches belong to who. I will have papers ready for you to connect the hides to the hiders.
