Geocache Description:

The cache is a 1 litre tupperware box containing, when hidden, a log book and pen, the RAV4 travel bug and a few swaps.

This cache, our first, is placed by a public footpath near the Croome Estate. (It is in the Croome Landscape Park nearby.)There is parking for one or two cars near the large gates of Croome Court at the beginning of the footpath (N52'06.117 W002'09.799)It may be muddy at times.
A style at the start of the footpath otherwise it is level terrain 0.75 miles to the cache. There are good views of the Malvern Hills, Dunstall Castle, the 'fake' River Severn and Croome Court itself.
The footpath enters a wood through a gate or over a style. It can be muddy here.
We recommend a visit to Croome Landscape Park and house - open year round but check days and times on N.T. website. It is an ongoing project to restore Capability Brown's first ever landscape design.
Dunstall Castle is an 'eyecatcher' folly, several of which were built on the fringes of the estate.
