However, you will not need to figure out any nasty keys to solve it. A piece of cake, as long as you can count!

The official trail head is located (WP001) in Willow Creek Campground, just to the east of Hwy 1X in Bow Valley Provincial Park. The best parking is at the trailhead when the campground is open and on the approach when it isn’t (don’t ever block the gate). A 500 meter trail starting from the parking spot will lead to the “Flowing Water Loop Trail” The cache is hidden close to the trail not too far from a lovely viewpoint.
