Olde Huspen Farm Traditional Geocache
kmsnoop: Checked cache this morning and it is muggled again. Second time in as many weeks. Someone is obviously taking the cache containers for amusement. It is no longer viable to keep a cache at this location. The mugglers have won. I sadly have to let this cache go.

You are looking for a small camo taped mayo jar.
This cache is located on the Eisenbahn Trail on the South side of Campbellsport. The area in question is a new subdivision of the Village of Campbellsport. This section of the trail runs through the Olde Huspen farmstead before it was annexed into the village.
Robert "Doc" Huspen was a veterinarian in the Campbellsport area for many years. He used to pasture beef cattle in the fields than now serve as the new subdivision. It was on this farm that Doc and his wife Janet raised their eleven children. As a neighbor, I remember helping "Doc" with the cattle many times. Unfortunately, Doc Huspen passed away in 1999 and this cache is dedicated to him.
UPDATE: Janet passed away in August, 2008.
Now about the cache:
This cache used to serve as a GC/TB exchange point but it got muggled once with a full alotment of travel items. I am not willing to risk the travel items of others again so this cache has been changed to regular traditional cache. Hopefully the muggles will leave it alone this time.
Park along Campbellsport Drive in the Village of Campbellsport and you will have a short walk.
When you get close to the area of the cache you will see that one of the "sets of stairs" is cleared out for you (you'll understand when you get there). So take "the stairs" and start looking.
Permission to place this cache was given by the Fond du lac County Parks/Planning Department. DNR notification form has been submitted to the Fond du lac County Parks/Planning Department at the request of the DNR.
