Waterproof match container. Container is in the rocks and you should be able to reach it from the east side of the rocks.

Did you know that he only time the Colonial Golf Tournament was cancelled was because of the 1949 flood? That's right, the Trinity River rose up over the 13th hole on the golf course where the customary caddy races take place during the tournament.
