Ammo box located in a small WMA off Buckhorn Rd. in Stowe Creek, NJ.
Finally found a spot for my ammox box! This is where the paved road "stops" and so does time in this pretty wooded area. Park in the WMA lot along Buckhorn Rd. You can follow the trail or go through the small swamp and slight bushwack. Ammo box is filled with lots of goodies. Please replace as found so all can enjoy the hunt.
STOW CREEK - Stow (or Stowe) Creek is the dividing line between Salem and Cumberland Counties, and in Colonial days was an important waterway. An early name was "Unknown" Creek - also "Mattocks Creek". -retrieved from www.westjerseyhistory.org
I hope this bayside cache finds you feeling rummy!
