Cache is NOT at the listed coordinates, although that is where your
hunt will begin. Did you happen to notice the great collection of
license plates in the area? If you want to find the logsheet for
the cache, all you have to do is explore and locate this
plate:

Some caveats/warnings/hints regarding this cache. First, the level
of stealth necessary to locate this hide is so extreme that you may
as well not even bother. Seriously! Go ahead and tell everybody
what you're doing. The manager and staff here are aware of the
cache and are excited to watch you hunt for it. Someone may take
pity on you and help you search. Then again, they might not!
Next, there is no need to remove, unscrew, or otherwise destroy
anything in the area in order to find the cache. That would be
rude! Just find the right license plate and everything will be easy
after that. (The logsheet can be accessed from the left.)
We also want it to be clear that you are not required to be a
customer or buy anything in order to find the cache. You are not

And finally, enjoy the hunt. You're going to look goofy, but who
cares? You're a geocacher - you're tough! You can handle it!!
