Geocache Description:

An easy cache, good for families and those starting geocaching in a beautiful part of the forest.

This is our third cache in the Forest, our others are "Ellies Wellies" and the "Fat contollers find". Please park at the car parks near by as the road nearest the cache is very narrow. The car park at Blackwater grid refence 268047 has toilets and is only a few hundred meters from the cache site.

The cache is just of "The Tall Trees Trail" and is a nice short round route. It is easily accessible from the trail although a wheelchair may find the last few meters difficult. The arboretum opposite the carpark is free and a beautiful place as is all the area of the ornemental drive where there is good walking or cycling. The deer sanctuary at Bolderwood is also close. The contents of the cache are similar to our other 2 so please don't expect any big swaps, we hope you enjoy this area of the forest as much as we do. It is particularly popular with muggles so please be careful when replacing the cache.
