Geocache Description:

This is an easy "Drive-By" cache in the area of the lake "Gorge Blau".




The Gorge Blau dam is located in a basin high in the "Tramuntana mountains" on the north west coast of Mallorca, at an altitude of ca. 1000 meters.
It´s one of the reasons for the differend climate and ecosystem between here and the rest of the island.
A public picnic area is nearby were you can relax or start scenic hikes.
