En venant de Boutancourt, passez par le village d'Elan. Allez jusqu'à la manse abbatiale en N 49°39.830' E 4°45.300'. Poursuivez votre chemin jusqu'au parking de gauche et garez-vous en N 49°39.360' E 4°45.009'.
Là il y a deux sentiers (un à gauche, l'autre à droite). Prenez celui de gauche en N 49°39.371 E 4°45.033' (vous pourrez remonter ensuite par celui de droite).
Dirigez vous vers la chapelle Saint-Roger en N 49°39.371' E 4°45.239'. Admirez le paysage, la chapelle... Puis dirigez vous en longeant le ruisseau vers le bassin circulaire appelé "la fontaine aux corbeaux" puis vers l'arboretum. La cache est proche du sentier de l'arboretum.
Les sources d'Elan étant aujourd'hui captées pour l'alimentation en eau potable de plusieurs communes, prière de garder le site propre.
Vous pouvez remonter le sentier à droite pour rejoindre le parking ou continuer le sentier balisé en bleu. Pensez à vous arreter à l'église abbatiale et à boire un verre au café/ traiteur.

When you are in Elan, coming from Boutancourt, go straight to the Manse Abbatiale, in N 49°39.830' E 4°45.300'. Continue to the car park on the left and park in N 49°39.360' E 4°45.009'. There are two paths (one on the left and the other one on the right). Take the path on the left in N 49°39.371 E 4°45.033' Head for Saint-Roger chapel in N 49°39.371' E 4°45.239'. Enjoy the LANDSCAPE, the chapel… Then, walk along the brook to the circular POND, called ‘the Crow fountain’ (la fontaine aux corbeaux), and head for the arboretum. Nowadays, the sources of Elan are used to feed several villages with drinking water, so, please , keep the place clean. You can either go up the path on the right to go to the car park or keep following the blue-marked path. Don’ t forget to have a look at the abbey at Elan and have a drink at the café.
