A nice micro along the Basingstoke canal. Well I couldnt let Westie Walker and douglasf have all the fun so I placed out a micro along the basing stoke canal. The canal offers great walks and is one of britains cleanest waterways. for all the paddlers or boaters around there is a small jetty just off elmore bridge where you can disembark and visit this cache without leaving your transport too far behind. If you want to do some more caches in the area have a look at Westie Walker and Douglasf's Basing Stoke Canal Seires.
If you have a look through the trees you can see the airport from here, they were testing their fire equipment when the cache was placed so if your lucky you may see some planes and perhaps the firebrigade testing some of their equipment.
