A capsule between saltwater & scoria.
On a thirsty island, a little fresh water would be nice. This capsule is of good size and would hold a refreshing gulp of water. Hopefully it is keeping water OUT! Look for a tube about the size of a shoe box. A nice walk with great views in a direction many people don't venture when they come over on day trips. Easy walk on the flat paths by the sea. Approach from side hidden from wharf! One of a possible 3 caches on the way to Issy Bay.
Online booking of ferry tickets from CBD or Devonport might prove to be cheaper than buying as you board.
