Constructed between 1978-1980, Mikontalo is a massive apartment
complex in the vicinity of Tampere University of Technology in
Hervanta, the most densely populated suburb of Tampere, Finland.
The complex houses a large percentage of the international exchange
and degree students at the nearby university.
Mikontalo TB Exchange is a small "TB motel", where tired travel
bugs can come to rest for a moment. We ask that you either
leave a travel bug or trade so there is always at
least 1 or 2 TBs inside! There is no room for huge TBs,
but several reasonable size TBs should fit easily!
The container is a 0.5 liter curver/tupperware style plastic
container. We started the container off with a local geocoin, our
new TB named "PIGS", and several trinkets including a plastic
bunny, Buzz Lightyear, a reflector, and flowers for the first to
