Geocache Description:

Update March 2010: We are offering this cache/location and several others for adoption while we pare back a bit on our own maintenance load. Anyone adopting a Sagasu cache is free to demonstrate their own creative style and make any changes desired. Perhaps some new hides will be available in these spots for all.

PLEASE REHIDE THIS CACHE WITH THE CAMO PIECES CONCEALING THE CACHE SO IT IS NOT VISIBLE TO THE DEER AND SKUNK PASSING BY THE AREA.

11/29/2008 Update: Moved this cache into the cedar section of the woods, along with the appropriate name change. This is a serene spot near a creek and bridge, with a bench nearby, that I remember liking my first visit there last winter. Enjoy the new hide. FTF is again up for grabs.

"Whitetail Cedars," formerly called Plamann Pines, is located in Plamann County Park north of Appleton and is one of several new traditional caches being placed by Sagasu in response to recent comments about the abundance of puzzle caches in our area and the need to continue to have a balance of traditional and kid-friendly caches. The new location is a bit more of a walk, but a great spot to visit. Please remember to rehide the cache so it is not visible!

This should be even easier to find in the new location, though you can make the terrain a 3.5 for this one if you try.

The container is a camo'd rubbermaid half-gallon with a log book and pencil, several blue light sticks, a golden dollar coin for the first kid-to-find, some new commemorative quarters, and two jeep travel bugs, one yellow, and one white, so this one should appeal to the big kids too.

Feel free to take a jeep or trade for one. It would be nice to keep at least one trackable in the cache for others to discover or retrieve.

Congratulations to JimandLinda for the FTF on March 9!
