Geocache Description:

Regina Mundi è situata sulla strada per Pregasina (TN). Da questa cache si gode un panorama mozzafiato sul lago e sulla zona Riva - Torbole, nonchè sul lago di Garda.

Die Statue "Regina Mundi", die "Königin der Welt" steht nahe dem Ort Pregasina an der alten Ponale Strasse hoch oben am Berg auf 400m Höhe über dem See. Man erreicht sie über die alte Ponale Strasse, die heute für Autos gesperrt und ein Paradies für Mountainbiker ist. Um dahin zu kommen, fährt man mit dem Rad ab Limone und dann in Richtung Süden auf der alten Strasse ins Val di Ledro. Von der Statue aus geniesst man einen fantastischen Blick auf den "Monte Brione", den Felsriegel zwischen Riva und Torbole und das Ende des Sarcatals am Nordende des Gardasees.

High above Lake Garda, on the way to Pregasina stands the statue "Regina Mundi" (Queen of the world) by artist Silvio Bottes. Behind her back you have a beautiful view over the northern end of Lake Garda with Riva, Monte Brione and Torbole.
