Located off a Sidewalk that runs between 3rd St and 6th St on the East Side of Saint Paul
I placed this cache here because of the great view of the East Side(lowertown) of Downtown Saint Paul. Stealth is very important to keep the integrity of the cache. If you plan it just right, it could be a P&G. Just a log, so bring your own pen or pencil.
