V Korunnim dvore dochazi k pomerne caste obmene podniku: kavarna Out Cafe Chocolate se zmenila na restauraci KORUNNI DVUR, ta na Los Kakos Pizza Restaurant, ktery ukoncil provoz v cervnu 2011. V listopadu 2011 tu byla otevrena dalsi pizzerie.
Souradnice vas privedou k arealu byvaleho Mestanskeho pivovaru na Kralovskych Vinohradech. Ten v roce 1893 zalozila nakladem 2 milionu korun mala skupina podnikavych obcanu. Tehdy stal pivovar jeste daleko od Prahy. Byval chloubou Vinohrad. Kdyz se Kralovske Vinohrady staly soucasti Velke Prahy, jmeno Mestanskeho pivovaru bylo "v duchu doby zmeneno na Akciovy pivovar a sladovnu, Praha XII".
Od pocatku ohromoval svoji rozlohou, do sladovny se veslo pres 600 vagonu sladu. Ten se vyvazel i do ostatnich pivovaru v republice. Pivo se varilo ve dvou varnach a pivovar byl zarizeny na vyrobu nejmene 150 tisic hl. Krome dalsich druhu pivovar varil Kralovske pivo 10° a Velkoprazske pivo 12°. A podle historickych pramenu to bylo pivo znamenite. Zvlaste pak cerny lezak, ktery byl doporucovan i lekari. V arealu byla velika restauracni zahrada a take konirny. Pivovar se proslavil i tim, ze v jeho arealu sidlily ve dvacatych letech filmove ateliery. V roce 1946 byl prosluly pivovar znarodnen a zrusen. Nadale zde zustala pouze sladovna pivovaru Staropramen a pozdeji sklady.
Koncem 90.let 20.stoleti se objevil projekt radikalni prestavby byvaleho pivovaru na luxusni bytovy komplex. Spor s pamatkari o pripustnych adaptacich pamatkove hodnotne industrialni architektury ukoncil mohutny pozar koncem srpna 2000. Znicena byla tehdy prevazna cast pivovaru a nalezy znalcu svedcily o umyslnem zalozeni pozaru. Pote jiz pamatkari souhlasili temer se vsemi pozadavky investora, aby se podarilo zachranit alespon nektere casti pivovaru, ktery byl v havarijnim stavu.
Prvni cast rezidencniho projektu „Korunni dvur“ byla dokoncena v roce 2006. Z Vinohradskeho pivovaru zustalo v podstate jen nekolik fasad a dva mohutne kominy.

Citizen’s brewery in Kralovske Vinohrady was founded in 1893 by a small group of enterprising persons with 2 million czech crowns expense. In those days the brewery was placed away from Prague. It used to be the pride of Vinohrady.
Everybody was astonished by the brewery’s size. The malt-house could hold more than 600 wagons of melt, which was exported also to the other breweries in the state. Beer was brewed in two brewing houses and the brewery itself was ready for producing at least 150 thousands hectolitres. Beer called Kralovske pivo 10° and Velkoprazske pivo 12° was produced among others. According to historical sources the beer was excellent, especially the black lager, which was recommended even by doctors. In the brewery area there was a large garden restaurant and also stables. In the 20's the brewery became famous also for a film studio, which had a seat in its area. In 1946 the brewery was nationalized and closed down. After that only the malt-house and later a storehouse remained.
In the late 90s a project of radical rebuilding of the former brewery into a luxury residential complex appeared. Disagreement with preservationists on an acceptable adaptation of valuable industrial architecture ended up by a huge fire in August 2000. A vast part of the brewery was destroyed. The suspicion that the fire was started on purpose has lasted until these days. After the fire the preservationists agreed nearly with all the investor’s requests in order to save at least some parts of the brewery, which was in a dilapidated state.
The first part of residential project “Korunni dvur” was completed in 2006. Strictly speaking, only several walls and the gigantic stacks have remained of the brewery Kralovske Vinohrady.
