PinseEvent Skagen 2008

For første gang i Danmark vil vi forsøge at samle over 500 Geocachere på samme sted til et event. Et Mega Event.
"Vi har brug for DIG!"

Vi kender vel alle begrebet at man skal "Se pinsesolen danse".
Hvad er mere oplagt end at fejre Pinsen med et Event i "Lysets Land", Skagen.
Derfor inviteres der endnu en gang til event i Skagen, hvor der vil blive massere af caching, og ikke mindst hygge.

PinseEvent Skagen 2008 foregår i Skagen Kultur og Fritidscenter, hvor der både vil være spisning, mulighed for overnatning, "base" for eventet, og ikke mindst mulighed for en tur i svømmehallen.

Eventet strækker sig fra Lørdag den 10 Maj 2008 til og med Mandag den 12. Maj 2008.
Der vil være mulighed for at ankomme til hygge fra Fredag den 9 Maj 2008 om aftenen.

Der er lagt op til et hygge event, hvor den skal stå på hygge, hygge og mere hygge.

Nye, erfarne, unge og gamle og alle midt i mellem er velkomne.

Tilmelding sker ved en "will attend" log med oplysning om antal personer.

Da det ikke er gratis at leje Skagen Kultur og Fritidscenter, bliver vi nød til at opkræve et beløb for eventet. Prisen for deltagelsen til eventet er incl. Kaffe/the og saftevand under hele eventet. Det inkludere også adgang til svømmehalden (Se pogrammet). Trådløst internet. Samt overraskelser.

Cacher til eventet:

Der vil blive udlagt et passende antal cacher til Lørdag, søndag og Mandag.
Cacherne vil blive placeret indenfor en radius af ca. 30 km fra eventcachen.
Cacherne vil blive frigivet løbende under eventet. Se pogrammet.

Overnatning:

Der vil blive mulighed for at overnatte i Skagen Kultur og Fritidscenter's køjerum.
Der er 100 køjer, hvor man kun skal medbringe sengelined.
Pris for overnatning i køje, 100,00 kr pr. nat pr. person.

Der vil også blive mulighed for at overnatte på madresser i en sovesal, hvor man skal medbringe sengelined.
Pris for overnatning i sovesal, 65,00 kr pr. nat pr. person.

Whitsun Event, Skagen 2008

Denmark's First Mega Event. Over 500 Geocachers together in one place for the first time in Denmark.
"We need YOU!"

In Denmark there is a saying; to "watch the whitsun dance"
What is more obvious than to celebrate the whitsun with an event in "the country of light", Skagen.
This is why we are inviting you all, once again, to an event in Skagen where there will be lots of caching and socialising.

Whitsun event Skagen 2008 will take place in Skagen kultur og fritidscenter where there will be dining, possibility for spending the night, a base for the event and the possibility of a trip to the swimming pool.

The event will stretch from Saturday the 10th of may 2008 and on till Monday the 12th of may 2008.
There will be an option of arriving Fridag the 9th of may 2008 in the evening for some socialising before the event.

This is going to be an event with focus on socialising and getting to know each other

New, experiences, young and old and every one in between are all very welcome.

Signup will be in form of a "will attend" log with information about how many people you are coming.

Since its not free to rent Skagen kultur og fritidscenter we will have to charge a small fee for the event. The price for participation in the event, including coffe/tea etc during the entire event and access to the swimming pool as well as surprises are:

140 dkr pr participant 50 dkr for children under 12.

Caches at the event:

There will be placed a fitting number of caches for Saturday, Sunday and monday.
The caches will be placed within a radius of 30 km from the event cache.
The caches will be release during the event, see the program.

Sleeping:

There will be possibility of spending the night in Skagen kultur og fritidscenter.
There is 100 bunks and you only have to bring your own sheets.
Price for sleeping is 100 dkr per person per night. There will also be possibility of sleeping on matresses in another room. You also have to bring your own sheets for this.
Price for this will be 65 dkr per person per night.

There will be plenty of opportunity for looking at TBøs and Coins so bring what you have, even if its only for discovering or if its something that wants to travel the world.
We recommend that you put your TB's and Coins in the eventcache so we can trade and discover a lot.

There will be made a Event-coin. The design will be revield on saturday the 10th of May 2008 on the Event. The coin is trackable at geocaching.com and has its own icon.
