There's something odd on top of Old Tussey!
At the posted coordinates you will see something strange lying on the ground. What is it? Who put it there? And why?
When you find this offset cache all these questions will be answered. To do so, follow the boundary trail southward 50 yards from the posted coordinates and focus your search there. Cache is a .50 caliber ammo can. Please observe and obey the nearby posted signs; the cache is located on State Game Lands, not the posted property.
Please note that you might have a hard time locating stage one if there's snow on the ground. Moss and leaf cover might also obscure it, so look carefully. Also note that there's no winter maintenance on Mountain Road.
PLEASE DO NOT post any pictures of the object or mention its purpose in your log. This cache is supposed to be a bit mysterious; don't ruin it for future finders.

Safety Note: This cache is located on State Game Lands. Please be familiar with the Game Lands Regulations that apply in this area. A fluorescent orange hat and vest is required November 15 through December 15 except on Sundays. Hunting occurs other times throughout the year as well.
