A quick and easy Kids and Family Friendly cache, at the Robert E. Ney Memorial Park Reserve!

Cache Details

This is my family's cache for Grandma Mary! As this is the small town where Grandma raised my wife, and this location overlooks Lake Mary, it seemed like a very appropriate location for the cache indeed.
Location, Parking, and Access

The cache is located in the 735-acre Robert E. Ney Memorial Park Reserve, just past the nature center. This park houses the Wright County Parks Environmental Education Center, and features 3.5 miles of ski/hike trails, a chapel, horse trails, a picnic area, and a public boat launch.

Ample free and legal parking is available at park entrance and trailhead, at N 45° 15.419 W 093° 59.871. From there, it's a short stroll on a well-maintained trail directly to the cache location.

You are looking for a standard Lock & Lock container, hidden in the usual sort of place, just off the trail. It starts out stuffed to the brim with trinkets hand-selected from the 'Noles kidlet's personal collection. This is a great park, and my family and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did today...as always - thanks, have fun, and happy hunting!
